Alrighty everyone… here we are in the FIRST full week of 2021. 2020 is FINALLY over with. A whole new year dawns upon us with a slew of new events about to happen. New PR miracles, new nightmares, new product releases. It’s usually within the first month of the year we ponder about what’s to come of this new chapter of our lives.
As we kick off the first week, many people are anxious of what the new year will bring. Since 2020 has been nothing but a complete PR nightmare for everyone, there are still people out there that don’t know what 2021 will bring. Its not so much cynicism, but rather, a thought on the first step towards hope on a brighter future.
And let’s face it – we ALL want this year to be much better. After all the hell we’ve been through since March, the one thing we truly want is for a brighter future. It’s the year we want to get back to our normal lives.
They always say it is darkest before dawn. We’ve have already faced nearly ten months of darkness. It’s about time the darkness started to fade and the light started coming back again.
The great thing is that it will come back (or rather, is STARTING to come back!). As the months have gone on, more and more people have been keeping their hopes up for 2021. It may seem cliché to say to be relieved the bad times are almost over, but it’s something positive to keep yourself grounded.
Times have been tough and that big break will be coming in the near future. The best part is that 2020 is finally over. Now we just have to work hard on making 2021 a better year.
With that, we CAN make 2021 a better year. All we just have to remember is that the darkness is already fading.
